Thank you for considering commissioning me to paint your farm animals.  Please read the following terms and conditions to help you decide whether of not this service is right for you

No new commissions are being accepted at present thank you.

1. I am not obliged to accept any commission requests, and may decline for any reason

2. I am not a "pet portrait artist", I will at my own discretion paint farm working dogs and farm animals from images that suit my artistic style.  Refer to point 1.

3. When you provide reference photos please ensure they meet all of the criteria listed in "commissions" and "photo guide"

4. Every commission will be individually quoted.  

5. In every instance I will quote a final price (excluding framing, postage and insurance) and the quote will be accepted prior to my starting work

6. 50% deposit is required before I start work on your painting.  The balance is payable upon approval and prior to shipping or collection

7. I am free to share images of the quoted artwork I create from your reference image to social media platforms, all your personal details will be withheld and will remain private

8. You may share your commissioned painting on social media as long as credit is given to myself as the artist

9. You may not use your commissioned artwork for any commercial purpose without express written permission from myself

10. All our correspondence is to be via email or Facebook Messenger to ensure we both have an accurate record
